Westminster Party & Tent Rentals has been supplying the South Okanagan with everything needed for parties, weddings, corporate events and more since 1992. This level of experience is what sets us apart from our competitors and what gives you an advantage when planning your special event.

Providing our clients with a one stop party rentals and sales by service-oriented staff is our goal and we are fully committed to help make your event a success.

Westminster Party & Tent Rentals has an ever-growing showroom is Penticton, with an extensive array of top quality rental equipment as well as sales and decoration supplies. Whether it is an intimate birthday party, a sophisticated anniversary dinner, a corporate gathering or a large scale wedding we have it all. We also have added new outlets in Osoyoos and in Westbank to make us even more accessible.

Westminster Party & Tent Rentals is most notably known for the tents that you can see throughout the Okanagan. We have a wide variety of tents to suit any kind of ground. Everything from our smaller Marquee tents to our larger Frame tents which are free of center poles. For the largest outdoor events we have our High Peak Pole tents which are impressive to see and are very spacious. All of our tents are designed to withstand inclement weather, strong winds and are very popular to provide cover from rain and sun alike.

We are always increasing our inventory by searching for newly designed equipment that is both popular and practical. From Chinese Lantern Lighting for weddings to Riedel Stemware for wineries, you can find it all at Westminster Party & Tent Rentals. If we don’t have it please inquire as new items are added monthly. We are also concerned with being “green” and renting is the environmental way to go.
