The tents were super and we wanted to freeze our garden in time and just keep "the garden wedding look", but the pictures will accomplish that for us. We have a large showroom in Penticton which displays an extensive array of our top quality rental equipment, as well as decorations and other sales.

Westminster Party & Tent Rentals is well known for the tents that you can see throughout the Okanagan. We have a wide variety of tents to suit any kind of ground. Our smaller tents include EZ - Ups and Marquee tents. We also have 30' and 40' wide frame tents, which come with either a white ceiling or, for a modern look, a completely clear roof. For the largest outdoor events we have our High Peak Pole tents which are impressive to see and are very spacious. All of our tents are designed to withstand strong winds and are very popular to provide cover from rain and sun alike.

We are always increasing our inventory by searching for newly designed equipment that is both popular and practical. In the last year we have added vintage chandeliers, glass cocktail tables, tent draping, cosmopolitan glasses, and new colors in linen, chair sashes and runners. If we don’t have it please inquire as new items are added monthly. We are always concerned with being “green” and renting is the environmental way to go.

We take pride in our community, and have supplied hundreds of festivals and events over the years.
